My bank requested a mold inspection to close on a house and the first company I hired came out and charged me $250 and all they did was send some photos to the bank that the appraiser already took. The bank obviously didn’t accept that told me I needed to hurry up and get a new one. I called Scott on a Saturday afternoon and he answered my call and even offered to come out and do a test the next morning even though it was Easter Sunday. He came by took a quick sample and was out in 15 minutes and it was cheaper than that first company I hired. Once I removed the affected area and remodeled, Scott quickly scheduled a second inspection so we could finally finish closing on the house. I highly recommend Wet To Dry Restoration because of their professionalism, timeliness, and affordability.

My experience with Mr. Hudson has being nothing short of amazing. I have had issues with rain coming into my unit and issue had being reported from November 2023 till now and property management do not care. Wet to dry restoration came in and accessed the damages both outside and inside to see materials used were wrong and it took him 2 days to correct what management do not care to do and honestly speaking this man deserves all the accolades and more businesses. Personally I want to say thank you for your kindness, explaining things better and taking your time to correct what owner and property management have neglected for so long.
